I had this guy spawn under the ground for me. He killed my follower but I could not target or see him. Another player came up and was able to target him so I was able to get target of target. Once I did damage to him I was able to see him normally. Very strange bug.
Rare elite near 1M hp, guarding Scaly Rylak Egg , drops some Apexis Crystals , gives 10% progress for Assault on Darktide Roost.

The map marks it with vignette 2,961, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 51471 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(51471)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
