TheWoWDBHe's in the cave.
Facing the cave (opposite the quest givers), don't go inside, but take a right, then the first left then take a left again and try and climb up above. You can climb up one of the thorns on the opposing side to get the chest. But for now, press M and try to jump on the elevated bit of the cave below.

An old post, just go down from the Quest giver, enter the cave, mobs are really easy... He is at the end of the cave.
