TheWoWDBYou must walk at the exit of instance (at the point you were come out) at 29.20, 50.94. Then, go back all the way until you reach her. At some points you will find some rock, blocking your passage, just jump above either from the left or right.

I attempted to do this scenario twice (chasing old achievements) and it appears Brewmaster Blanche is now bugged. During stage 2 (escort quest) she stops walking and won't move again.
