Very long stretch of beach that the three named mobs are located on. This guys is way up north. Ralshira was in the middle and Shadowclaw was way down south. Spent 20 minutes running around the south/mid looking for this guy. Finally decided to just head back up to Southport and ran into him.
Confirmed - Found him right there.
