Ran into this dude while doing the Felslag WQ on the broken Shore at around 78/39 area he spawned after looting the felslag chest in the middle. He has about 65 million health baseline and hits like a truck. I was on a 895 hunter and barely made it out alive after about 3 pet revives and 2 FDs Pack a lunch if you come across this dude

The map marks it with vignette 1,948, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 47001 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47001)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
