Quickest way to her for Alliance:

Head to the Shrine and take the portal to Ratchet. It's out on the Terrace to the left of Sara, the Battle Pet Trainer. Talk to Gleep, pay him 10 gold, step into his teleporter.

She's up on the hill above Farwatch Post (due north of Ratchet) in a hut at 63,35.

It should be noted that this fight can only be done once a day per Battlenet account.

Located at 63, 35 in Northern Barrens just NW of Far Watch Post.

Has three level 25 flying (no surprise there) pets:

Cherry
Buzz
Swoop

I soloed this fight with a 25 blue H/H Celestial Dragon (1 1 1). I had Chrominius and Emerald Proto-Whelp as backup but I didn't need them in the end.

Start with Moonfire and then Flamethrower as a filler. Ancient Blessing when you feel the need to. I didn't have any RNG/spike problems in this battle.

The reward bag contained a Flawless Elemental Stone for me.
