Dark Ranger Velonara

If you are looking for her in Trueshot Lodge to grant the Dark Memento quest (/ if you are looking to get [item=143663]), the version you are looking for is [npc=105099], and she moves around indoors at the lodge. In order to get the quest, you must first speak to [npc=100633], complete his dialogue, buy 13 [item=3420]s (which he sells; they are also available from vendors elsewhere but I got mine from him, I only guess any of the [item=3420]s will do), and complete her dialogue to get her to take the flowers. Then, speak again to [npc=100633] to get her to begin offering the quest.
