Found her...inside bank at Warspear...wth?
Both her, and all the wardens you see at Starfall Outpost are all named after the randomly generated names of hero units in WC3. In fact, Cordana Felsong, who you'd think would have been a brand new character with how important she is to the plot, is also one of those random heroes.
