The game data tunes Doombringer Zar'thoz for level 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 1,854, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 46097 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(46097)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
