TheWoWDBWhen soloing you can dodge his fel breath when you see him casting it. Do not tank this, make sure you dodge it. Even if the fel breath itself doesn't damage that badly, it applies a damage over time effect that stacks the more you get hit with the fel breath. This stacking DoT does a huge amount of damage that will kill you

The map marks it with vignette 1,885, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 46202 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(46202)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
