TheWoWDBHe is called drool because he is missing a lower jaw and thus drools everywhere. He is a player NPC with a flavor title of "The Griefer" because he ganks people. He was an NPC in vanilla and the Burning Crusade expansion that hung out in Stranglethorn Vale, a notorious PvP ganking spot during this particular time. Players would gank all through the zone on PvP realms and on PvE realms they would gank anyone trying to open the chest in the arena.
