For those struggling to find either the Jewelcrafting trainer or Enchanting trainer, there is a tunnel down a little north of the Shred-Master Mk1.
She is in the Hall of Glimmers. Entrance to the hall is at the western base of the pyramid. Take the small tunnel leading down the hall. Quinni will be on the right side of the room, once you enter the Hall.
