For those just arriving for the first time, you know where the bank and portal rooms are. She's in a room adjacent to the bank, but under the pub with the cooking trainer. So head to the dancing undead innkeeper between the bank and portal room, then down the short flight of stairs (as if you were going to the flight point), and turn left before you leave the pyramid.
