The best way to go to Gar'zoth is to click on the navigation console on the "Vindikaar" and get teleported to the Veiled Den. Leave the camp and keep left. Then go straight ahead and make a swivel to the right. Walk down a narrow path and up again on the other side. After a few meters, it goes left down a path again. Go down and then right over a bridge. You will find Gar'zoth immediately after the bridge to the left.

Level and Map Tracking
The game data tunes Gar'zoth for level 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 2,344, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 49241 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(49241)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
