The first and only environmentally aware goblin but talking with him is a pain in the a** when he is constantly running away and you have to click through the whole dialogue again and again. And he has a lot of interesting dialogue.
Speak to this guy to unlock the Inky Snapdragon Treat. Choose the 'I am the Trashmaster!' option. Flying was unlocked and all the other colors were collected prior - not sure if these are required. Definitely need the Trashmaster title.
