Glutonia

At the end of the quest "Alodi's Gems" from Alodi in the Hall of the Guardian, it's implied that Glutonia is immortal or extremely long-lived, and potentially a shapeshifter. Alodi had concerns about whether Glutonia was still a woman or not... And also thought she was an elf. Also, he and she apparently used to be a thing based off of Glutonia's own dialogue.

Glutonia: Hmph! You don't look a thing like him! Fine, let's have a look...
Glutonia: It seems you bear his sigil. How'd you manage that? Well, rules are rules.
Glutonia: You tell that big lug that if he ever wants to pick up where we left off, he can pay me a visit! I'm here every day... Whatever the hour!

And then, on quest turn-in...

Alodi: I trust the Baroness was still there? I don't know how old that elf is.
Alodi: I suppose even astral entities need a change of pace now and again. It's still a she though... Right?

He is going to be in for a surprise when he goes out for a hot date with an elven lady and discovers the Baroness is now a goblin.

You left our Meryl's line! It's the best part! Between both of Alodi's lines, "Meryl Felstorm says: Uh, I'm pretty sure she's a goblin now."

Every so often Hunaka Greenhoof or a couple other random patrolling NPCs in Dalaran will come into the Dalaran bank to check their bank account. She will then begin crying and leave the bank after that. As she leaves the bank manager Glutonia will say to her "If you are missing items please contact customer service! he he he"
