Done a little searching and here's the result:
Head and Shoulders are Legion Dungeon Mail no doubt.
[item=64882] and [item=64893] are easy to identify, but the cape is longer and the tabard is more detailed.
Actually you can see those extra touch on the tooltip, but not the model.
The rest of the armor are, of course, [item=143519] (Heroic), but w/o extra armor pieces.
Aside from [item=49577], any simple belt with big square buckle would do, (un)surprisingly they're rarities since most of them are common in quality.
Any decent 2H sword will suffice.The end product is bulkier and less elegant, and cannot be transmogged because of the different armor type, but it's the best I can do.
If you haven't see Greyguard you should go, the whole place is run by robots.
