The game data tunes Grossir for level 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 1,947, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 46995 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(46995)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
