This is very interesting to me.
Either Blizzard slipped up and forgot to change his title, he's just a placeholder, or the Black Dragonflight will be present in Draenor in this alternative timeline as well (but early?). Since the dragons Gruul is renowned for killing are the black dragon followers and children of Sabellian (Baron Sablemane), son of and Lieutenant of Neltharion (Deathwing), this would seem to indicate that the Alternate Timeline's Neltharion (Deathwing) found another way to Draenor to aid the Horde and likely much, much earlier or for a different purpose (or our stories are incorrect and they used some sort of Waygate, or another kind of Portal to get to Draenor, and not the Dark Portal).
This could mean that they (Sabellian and his followers and children) will be present on Draenor (and possibly free of the Old God's influence, like our Sabellian likely is, due to being worlds away, with the Great Dark and vast Nether between them). This could also pose issues for Sabellian, as it could tip Wrathion off to his existence in our own timeline.
Backstory:In our timeline, Gruul the Dragonkiller is a massive Gronn best known for slaughtering and overseeing the slaughtering of droves of members of the Black Dragonflight (which is how he obtained our timeline's title), as well as having produced quite a few male children.
