After killing the first boss in [zone=13742] don't kill the trash on the bridge too quickly because it will bug the NPCs and they won't move forward next to flight path to be able to activate the skip. Killing another boss or going outside of instance and back in doesn't fix the issue. Need to wait for a soft reset. I logged on another alt and came back around half an hour later and skip worked!
Likely to remain as an NPC exclusive.
