[npc=64352] is a good counter to this guy. He's a critter so he takes less damage, but he has an aquatic ability [petability=564] which deals extra damage. He can be captured at level 24 (becomes 22) and there are lots of him roaming around the Briny Muck in the Dread Wastes.
That would be because he will Immolate you first, and then Conflagrate you after, which means Conflagrate hits for double damage. It would be a one-shot if you used a Mechanical against this one (as much as Mechanical works well against his other two pets).
