Head south from where the minimap suggest the mob should be and drop down the small cliff to where the ruined buildings and the shallow pool are.
If you stand at the edge of the pool where the white trail leads out of the water and face the ruined Warframe, you will see the cave entrance behind the ruined building to your left.
