TheWoWDBKalecgos is currently bugged for myself and I'm guessing others, he is not giving the Keeper of the Ossuary quest. I've opened a ticket and was told to turn on low level quest tracking (not the issue) and then to check the other versions of Kalecgos, neither of which have the quest. If anyone else is unable to pickup this quest please submit a bug report so that maybe some day this bug gets fixed. It's insane that a mount quest associated with a legendary that is still a pain to grind is stuck behind a bug like this and customer service doesn't seem willing (or possibly able) to help.

After looking for Kalecgos in the Azure Span, I went back to Valdrakken and found him at the Seat of the Aspects. I talked to him and he gave me the quest "Keeper of the Ossuary". :)
