TheWoWDBWe wiped while trying to kill this mob and after that the mob bugged and never reseted. His Frenzy Stacks kept rising until he reached 50 buffs. We dont know what to do now! Anyone got any ideas?

Very easy to do achievement solo at 100 or post Warlords of Draenor.
1) Clear instance up to the Conscripts, they are to the right of the area before you'd normally jump down to fight the final boss.
2) Gather all 3 of the mobs
3) Kill them all down and stand where they die, gain the 3 stacks.
4) Achievement Complete.
