TheWoWDBIf you are struggling to level these and you've watched the videos to switch covenants but keep 1 follower and just zoom a single to 60 here's what I've learned.
Everyone says the level of your Troops is the average of your followers. The maths on that doesn't add up.
Calculate the MEDIAN of your followers and level up the followers closest to the Troop target level quickly,
P.S. Use TLDRMissions as an addon - this is superb!
Calculations based on my Kyrian 18 followers with troops at level 48 (want them to get to 50 as that should trigger the Krala, Wings of Woe mission based on comments regarding that mission):
