Pass (Your Roach should be at 1 and survive)
Switch to another pet.
[pet-ability=165] and pass until dead.
Switch to another pet.
[pet-ability=165] and pass until dead.
Cast [pet-ability=283] and [pet-ability=519] should go off this turn.

Edit 8/2/17: As noted by Kilobit below, your roach must be alive for Apocalypse to work. The turn after it survives, you switch it out, alive.
