Max Megablast

Rockets hit for 250k+ each hard, don't let them hit you. They do hurt each other, so try to get them aimed at themselves. If you can get the rockets to hit both at the same time, it really helps since they share health.
Basically, you just want to stand on Bo the entire fight, jump out of the red circle when it is on you, and let Max's rocket hit Bo in the face.
If you stand in the shielded areas in the corners the rockets will also drop the shields, so just follow Bo into them as well.

1. Follow Bo.
2. Juke rocket hits.
3. ?
4. Profit!

If you can't see red circles for where the rockets will land, enable 'projected textures' in your graphics settings!

First encounter at Rank 7 in the Brawler's Guild.
I found it a very nasty champion.
In the end the way I did it, was to stand near one of the 2 gnome-goblins and let them trow their bomb towards me, and then let the bomb hit themselves. Whenever one of them went into protection I switched to the other.
