TheWoWDBMaybe it's more obvious to other people, but it wasn't to me, you wont receive her as an award until you're renown 4 and visit Koros by your mission table, he will award her to you. I was kinda losing my mind after finishing the quest and it didn't add her the way it used to with the old followers.
