For the quest The Seeds of Life, you need to talk to this guy to get the Seed of the Earth. He says this when you do:
Hum, hrm. A powerful reagent for one so young. You will kill many foes in the name of your Alliance, but it is important to remember that in the great cycle, birth is as powerful as death.

It's amazing that he's an ancient yet still extremely potent... hope i'll be extremely potent when i'm thousands of years old.
Onu is currently bugged (as of 18 July 2018, patch 8.0.1), and does not give the Seed of the Earth for the quest The Seeds of Life.
EDIT: Seems to be hotfixed as of 19 July 2018. Just talked to him and managed to complete The Seeds of Life!

The game data tunes Onu for levels 5 to 30, Classic content.
The map marks it with vignette 3,369, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 54291 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(54291)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
