Potionmaster Gloop is a challenge in that he has something called Throw Junk, which damages you during the fight, after the fight, when you are in his office, out of it or anywhere south of 14th street. And tomorrow. In other words, when you begin the fight, you need to kill him before he can kill you. Leaving the fight doesn't help. Leaving the area doesn't help. Until you kill him, you will die because he continues to Throw Junk at you for...the rest of your life. Tricky but if you bring a healer, it's just a normal fight. If you don't bring a healer, plan on about 243 potions, extra armor and a good attorney. If you are a squishy, you'd better have level 1100 gear because you'll need it.

The other fun thing with Gloop is that you can't escape being in combat after you kill him, so you can't call the Flight Master or anything else you can't do in combat. After all this he dropped 70 Order Resources, 5 Legionfall War Supplies and 201 Nethershards. Not bad but not appropriate for the level of fight mechanics. Since he doesn't help much with War Supplies, if you're solo you're probably better off passing on this annoying waste of time.

Level and Map Tracking

The game data tunes Potionmaster Gloop for level 45, Legion content.

The map marks it with vignette 1,853, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 46094 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(46094)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
