When you click on him to get the quest, he says one of several pharses. One of these is, "not all who wander are lost". This is from Lord of the Rings, by J. R. R. Tolkien, Book One at the town of Bree, where the Hobits are given a letter from Gandalf which contains:
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.The line refers to the Rangers of the North, who are from the Lost Kingdom of Arnor, and wander the land protecting the Shire from evil men.
