Razak Ironsides

Definitely a reference to actor Michael Ironside's character, Jean Rasczak, whose unit was Rasczak's Roughnecks in Starship Troopers.

The hero of the novel "Starship Troopers," by Robert Heinlein, is Juan "Johnny" Rico, a Filipino who spoke Tagalog. Meaning he was non-white. This was probably unique in American fiction aimed at middle school boys in 1959. Heinlein was quite popular, often appearing in "Boy's Life" sent every month to all Boy Scouts, and thus seen by a substantial fraction of all American boys in the 1950's. Thus this story was widely read. The entire quest group in BfA is a reference to the movie and book. The quest "Rico's Rescue" references the protagonist, the quest giver Razak Ironside references Michael Ironside played the character, Jean Rasczak, in the movie. Rasczak was the leader of the Mobile Infantry Company Rasczak's Roughnecks, which Juan Rico was a member of, and fought with. The Starship Troopers were fighting an interstellar war against the alien Bugs which are described in the book as looking like spiders. (I am aware of the 1997 movie and the franchise that developed from that. To me the importance was the pre-Civil Rights Movement non-white protagonist in a widely read book.)
