Coordinates on map are wrong, I was looking for the flight path and those posted were wrong. He is located at /way 46.0 54.9 (Tom Tom), happy hunting and good luck.
Cannot skip straight to him (as I tried to get my Talador outpost) as he doesn't become available due to phasing until you have completed enough quests in Gorgrond.
