TheWoWDBSnowsong is more than just Thrall's mount. She's his lifelong companion, as it's customary for the Frostwolf clan to bond with a frost wolf. Thrall met Snowsong after he escaped Durnholde Keep and moved to Alterac Valley.
This is Snowsong's first NPC appearance, but she's been seen as Thrall's mount a few times before, particularly in Burning Crusade's Nagrand and at the Battle for the Undercity.
