For Alliance players, after going through all the trouble to recruit him because they need a shipwright, he comments he cannot work with Alliance design and suddenly Alliance get a new shipwright out of nowhere.
For horde, he stays as their shipwright.
During the Iron Dock quest chain,
you notice that this NPC mentions why buildings should have spikes.Considering that Solog is a major Architect/Engineer during this timeline, is this the NPC responsible for outfitting every Horde building with spikes? I can't tell you the number of times Alliance was saved from a knockback off a Tower in PvP.
