Worth noting, the cave is up top along a very skinny path with wood some planks from inside the enclosed valley about in the center. Mob has about 300K Hp and does a frontal aoe ground attack. Level and Map Tracking
The game data tunes Soulfang for levels 10 to 40, Warlords of Draenor content.
The map marks it with vignette 424, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 36128 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(36128)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
