Oh, how I have missed this.But he does nothing, just standing there. Anyone know what he is for? He drops only some silver and hardly any XP when killing him.
In the beta, he used to polymorph villagers into fish. Basically, he was torturing them by suffocating them on dry land. Pretty messed up stuff. Now the villager he's tormenting is at 10% health, so I assume he's torturing them conventionally.
