Level and Map Tracking
The game data tunes Splinterlimb for levels 10 to 80, Dragonflight content.
The map marks it with vignette 5,810, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 77863 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(77863)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
