I'd like to point out that this is NOT MY STRATEGY, I found it on Warcraftpets from a user named Sepsis, but it's too brilliant not to be here. Given that Squirt is the last bastion of garrison powerleveling, everyone should be using this to level carry pets.
Pets:
Enchanted Broom (2/2/2)
Carry Pet (Can be ANY level, will not take damage)
Weebomination (1/anything/anything)Start with Enchanted Broom
Round 1: Sweep
Round 2: Switch to Carry Pet
Round 3: Switch to Weebomination
Round 4-11: Cleave (the back row should die by round 10, death round should trigger on 11)
Round 12: Bring out Enchanted Broom (Puzzle should waste Portal)
Round 13: Batter
Bazinga!Try it, you'll like it!

King Floret and Queen FloretI use the tactic provided by Taojnhy, here:
Easily soloed with a [npc=64899] (mine is S/S), 1/2/2:
Vs. Deebs:
Open with [petability=779] and keep it on CD, fill with [petability=115]
Vs. Tyri:
It's is -critical- that you open with [petability=334]. Afterwards, keep [petability=779] on CD, fill with [petability=115].
Vs. Puzzle:
Prioritize: [petability=334], then [petability=779]. Fill with [petability=115].
If you want to powerlevel a pet, I recommend swapping it in when Tyri dies, then swap back to MPD.The guide provided by carabaci (here) is just as good, along with all of the other useful tips further down in this thread if you do not have the Dragonling
As of Patch 7.1 I am using this tactic, found here by Myzou.
Super-quick, failproof works from level 1 strategy
[npc=33227] - 2/2/2
[npc=115146] - 2/2/2
Level Pet
1. [pet-ability=457]
2. Swap to Level Pet
3. Swap to [npc=115146]
4. [pet-ability=649]
5. [pet-ability=1761]
6. [pet-ability=1762]
7. Pass ([npc=115146] Dies, Bring in [npc=33227])
8. [pet-ability=459]
9. [pet-ability=459] (Puzzle Dies)
10. [pet-ability=455](Deebs Dies)
11. [pet-ability=455] (Tyri Dies)This still works as of patch 11.1.5
Edit 13/02: Added Spawn Calendar for EU servers.

Hello all, I came up with a strat to solo this fight with the following:
- Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling:
Rare, S/S (Only 1 breed available), 1/2/2 (Breath/Thunderbolt/Decoy)
- Carry Pet x2:
min HP: 350-500 (if Beast: 200-350, if Dragonkin: 500-700)Notes:
- ! Despite it’s identical moveset, Darkmoon Zeppelin will not work because of it’s low speed !
- My current success rate is around 85% over 30+ attempts. But even after horrible RNG you can keep going if you wish. One time I won (and swapped in 2 lowbies) after starting Puzzle with 133hp and having already rezzed. You need very little HP for Puzzle if you're smart about using Decoy/swapping.
- You don't get "extra" XP for leveling 2 pets. Whatever XP you would get for 1 pet is split between the 2. It's just a personal preference if you want to level 1 or 2 at a time.vs. Deebs:
Round 1: Thunderbolt
Round 2-5: Breath x4 until Deebs dies.vs. Tyri
Round 6: Decoy
Round 7: Thunderbolt
Round 8-10: Breath x3 until Tyril dies.
* If he isn’t dead on Breath#4, you can forfeit or keep going and pray to the RNG gods.vs. Puzzle
Round 11: Swap Carry #1 (Puzzle uses Dodge)
Round 12: Swap back to MPD
Round 13: Breath
Round 14: Breath
Round 15: Decoy
Round 16: Swap Carry #2 (Puzzle uses Dodge)
Round 17: Swap back to MPD (MPD dies and rezzes)
Round 18: ThunderboltEdit 19/04/15: Changed last few rounds slightly to
A-) Eliminate the risk of Thunderbolt killing Puzzle too early
B-) Eliminate the risk of Puzzle not using Portal if your Thunderbolt in round 7 missed him
