Level and Map Tracking
The game data tunes Starbuck for levels 10 to 45, Legion content.
The map marks it with vignette 1,371, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 42437 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(42437)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
