TheWoWDBStarcaller Astrylian is fighting Iron Horde at the steps of the Dark Portal in the Tanaan Jungle. He is named after Astrylian, the founder of Rawr, a min/max gearing calculator. I believe he was also one of a few raiders chosen to help Blizzard test raids, which rewarded him with an NPC in the Molten Front.

We remember and honor your sacrifice.
He appears to have been killed fighting the Iron Horde. You pass his dead body as you are doing last part of intro quests before going to Draenor.
That is every comment on this page.
