Well, I thought I'd F around and find out. It took 15 minutes to kill her, but she doesn't hit back -- just floats there. When she died, she just continued floating there. No loot. :)
I like being a cat. Her This Is Gonna Hurt ability is a punch out of the earth that hit me for 1 million+ damage.
