I dont have a quest from her this week either. And dont have any other older quests in my log.
I can't get it on any of my characters (have been 90 for a month or so on some), but my husband got it on his character that just hit 90 last week. Reports of some people getting it and others not getting it in the OF and also on Reddit, but no consensus as to why.
