TheWoWDBIf you can't find Ve'nari at this stage in the "An Elegy for a Silent World" quest (after killing Dimensius in Story Mode), try flying out of the Oasis and flying back in.
I ended up leaving the instance group without taking Xalatath's portal, resolved that issue with the Ethereal you queue up for the Storymode against Dimensius with, and went back to the Oasis to talk to Valeria. I talked to Valeria and Ve'nari wasn't there initially, but the phasing resolved after I went out to the wastes and flew back in.
