TheWoWDBTo get the Iron Starlette pet, you have to start the quest with him at /way 66.61, 28.11(next to the mage portal back to Storm Wind Mage Tower) and do the quest from Bodrick Grey who stands near him. Once you do all the quest here, Vindicator Maraad will move to 52, 28 as show on the map above. Do the all the quest there and you will be asked to go to King Anduin for turn in.
I also got lucky doing these quest and looted a [Time-Locked Box] which gave me a Bronze Whelpling.
