TheWoWDBA boss in the emerald nightmare raid for Legion maybe?
If soo could this really be the work of Xavious, or something more sinister? Would love to see Emiriss, Ysondre and the other dragon's of nightmare by her side tough.

This is the "nightmare" version of Ysera. You have to kill it.
Sleep forever, and dream no more.Will give you Tear of Elune after this quest.
After killing Xavius in the Emerald Nightmare raid, you are transported to the pure version of the Emerald Dream where all of the characters you had to free of corruption now reside in a spirit form, even Ysera. She can be seen walking in her humanoid form in and out of the cave across the pond as her spirit fades in and out. This version of her is unable to be targeted.
