Sorry to burst your bubble but I just looted one from a [url=http://www.wowhead.com/npc=10471]Scholomance Acolyte[/url]. Patch 5.0.5 09/14/12. Perhaps they added it back in. I had never seen it before so I came here to find its value. 20g sounds good!

This is a very common drop by the mob [npc=58757] in the first room of [i]normal[/i] [zone=6066]. [b]IMPORTANT:[/b] Do not engage the boss [npc=58633] before killing the mobs in the room. If you do, she will kill all the humans and you'll have to reset the dungeon.
