This enchanting formula is a [u]world drop[/u] from all [i]Cata[/i] mobs (both in cata questing areas as well as cata dungeons and raids). However, the drop rate is [i]extremely[/i] low, even when dropped by rare mobs.

Got one few moments ago while farming cloth in Tol Barad. I thought there will be some help for which price is actually selling but since drop rate is really low (by WoWhead DB around 0.12%) i set price for this formula to 2000 gold with Buyout. Now i have to wait if it sells,no formula was in AH.

I've been trying to buy this one for months, i got the intel one to drop at lvl 81 on one of my alts, bought the agil one for like 4500, been offering 8-10k for the str one and i've yet to see it, low pop server though...
