Journey Through Time is a set of 2 pieces covering Neck and Trinket.

That leaves Head, Shoulder, Back, Chest, Wrist, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet and Finger to be filled from outside the set, 10 of the twelve armor slots.

Every piece is item level 50 and needs character level 40.

Every piece binds when it is picked up, so no part of this set can be traded or bought from another player.

The client files the set under Legion.

Sold to a vendor those 2 pieces return 23g, and the single piece worth most at a vendor is Strand of the Stars at 17g.

The set has one bonus and it needs 2 of its 2 pieces.

The top bonus needs all 2 pieces, so there is no piece to swap out while it is held.
