Velen's Lament is a set covering Finger, recorded in the current build as 2 items across those 1 piece.

That leaves Head, Neck, Shoulder, Back, Chest, Wrist, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet and Trinket to be filled from outside the set, 11 of the twelve armor slots.

Every piece is item level 50 and needs character level 40.

Every piece binds when it is picked up, so no part of this set can be traded or bought from another player.

The client files the set under Legion.

Sold to a vendor those 1 piece return 26g.

The set has one bonus and it needs 2 of its 1 piece.

The 2 piece bonus asks for more pieces than the 1 this set lists, so the pieces that complete it are recorded elsewhere in the game files.
